"Live your own best-seller. But choose your main characters wisely."
Over the years, I’ve gathered stories that could fill volumes.
While I seek out challenging adventures, I do so with gratitude, humility, and a deep appreciation for the true wealth of family, friends, and trusted relationships.
The most meaningful chapter of my life has been meeting and marrying my soulmate, building a family I cherish, and creating lasting happiness. Above all, I’ve learned that this is life's greatest lesson.

ETHOS
"By forming good habits that become second nature, we cultivate ethos in one another, creating a happier, more productive society."
I believe that character defines you in every aspect of life, shaping how you are perceived and the impact you make. It is the foundation of your credibility—your ethos—which influences every interaction as you build and grow your vision.
Simon Sinek teaches in Start with Why that inspiration drives influence, trust is power, and effective communication starts with listening. I believe that every leader's "why," "what," and "how" should result in happiness for themselves and those they impact.
Ethos, meaning "character," is one of Aristotle’s three modes of persuasion, along with logos and pathos. It emphasizes moral integrity and is crucial for earning trust and credibility. Aristotle describes three elements of ethos:
-
Arête: Virtue, or being the best version of yourself through ethical behavior. As Aristotle states in Nicomachean Ethics, moral virtue is formed through action and habit, leading to true happiness when aligned with reason and good order. Philosopher L. Ron Hubbard echoes this with the idea that "clean hands make a happy life."
-
Phronesis: Wisdom gained through experience, reflecting how knowledge is applied in everyday life, not just intelligence. True wisdom emerges from lived experiences and cannot be obtained otherwise.
-
Eunoia: Goodwill, or the trust cultivated with others. Without goodwill, persuasion and influence are not possible.
These elements of ethos are shaped from childhood through good parenting, learning, and life experiences. They are vital for every entrepreneur, founder, or leader, guiding how they inspire, create, and lead with vision.
Ultimately, we can’t take anything beyond the happiness and fulfillment we've created for ourselves and others. My ethos is centered on being the best version of myself while relentlessly pursuing that fulfillment—defining who I am and the impact I strive to make.
